Max 4 coaches on field
Min 8 players to start (no penalty)
Max 10 batters per inning
3 outs per half inning
5-run limit per inning (includes last inning)
All players must play 6 defensive outs and bat once — Reg IV(i)
105-min time limit (no new inning after 1:45)
Last batter: hits, walks, or strikes out
Mercy rule per LL rulebook

No dropped third strike rule

Max 10 defensive players
Max 6 infielders

Pitching — Calendar Progression

Early (3/16 – 4/4): Coach Assist — no walks. Coach steps in after ball 4. Pitcher faces next batter unless 3rd out recorded.
Mid (4/6 – 4/25): Loaded Bases Assist — coach pitches only after ball 4 with bases loaded. Pitcher faces next batter.
Late (after 4/25): Full Player Pitch — no coach pitching.

Pitcher Return Rule

Per Little League rules: a pitcher removed from the mound cannot return to pitch in the same game
